Do you have dietitian?

Yes, we do offer consultations with our dietitian. Simply download the app and click on “Help” at the top right to book your session. Alternatively, you can reach us at 333 44 679 for assistance.

How often do you deliver?

We prepare fresh meals and deliver daily across all areas in Qatar.

Are the portions big enough?

Yes, portion sizes are tailored to your calorie requirements. If you need a higher-calorie plan, we’ll be happy to adjust the portions accordingly.

How can I try it ?

You can start with a one-week program to try us out, or feel free to visit us directly to pick up your meals.

How do I cancel?

Once purchased, the subscription is non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer the flexibility to pause your membership at any time if needed.

How do I subscribe?

Download the Dieture app or sign up on our website - just follow the guided questions for a quick and easy subscription process.

Can I switch between different meal plans if my goals change?

You have the flexibility to switch between meal plans at any time to better suit your goals or preferences. If one plan doesn’t meet your needs, please feel free to choose another that works better for you.

How can I pause my plan if I’m traveling or have an emergency?

You can easily pause your plan at any time through the app or by notifying us at least one day in advance. Any skipped days will be added to the end of your plan.

How to Resume the subscription plan ?

You can easily resume your meals by unskipping through the app. Simply go to the Deliveries page, select the date, scroll down, and click Unskip.

What meal plans do you offer?

We offer five meal plans: Keto, Classic, Vegan, Gluten & Dairy-Free, and Diabetic—each carefully designed to meet various dietary needs and lifestyles.

Which plan is suitable for women who just gave birth and are breastfeeding?

If you don’t have any specific allergies or medical conditions, we recommend the Classic Plan. However, we’d be happy to arrange a call with our dietitian for personalized guidance to help you choose the best option.

How to change\add ingredient warnings?

Please note that you can easily add ingredients to your allergy section by going to "Account" and selecting "Dietary Restrictions." From there, you can add or remove any ingredients you need to avoid.

I’m trying to lose weight. Which plan is best for me?

We offer meal plans carefully tailored for weight loss, designed to fit your lifestyle and preferences. Just share your dietary needs with us, and we’ll assist you in selecting the plan that’s best suited for you!

How can I view the heating instructions?

Kindly refer to the meal label for the heating instructions, under the section titled "Microwave."

How to View & Purchase Add-ons?

You can easily purchase add-ons from the "Deliveries" section. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page to select and schedule your desired add-ons.

How can I check my remaining subscription days?

Your remaining subscription days can be found in the "Deliveries" section of the app.

How can new subscribers apply a promo code?

Please enter your promo code in the payment section before completing your subscription, and be sure to click “Apply” before finalizing your checkout.

How can I complete the payment?

Please go to the "Account" section, scroll down to "Payment History," and complete your payment directly through the app.

Can I request to remove a specific ingredient from a dish?

We truly appreciate your understanding, but we’re unable to remove individual ingredients from specific dishes, as it helps us maintain the quality and consistency of each meal.

Are the ingredients you use organic?

While our ingredients are not certified organic, we carefully select fresh, high-quality items from trusted suppliers to ensure every meal meets our standards.

Is your food freshly made?

Yes, all our meals are freshly prepared daily to ensure the best taste and quality for you.

Is your meat and chicken halal?

Yes, all our chicken and meat are halal, sourced from trusted suppliers who follow halal guidelines.

Can you deliver my box in another location?

Yes, we can deliver to a different location; however, delivery timing may vary. Please contact our customer care team and share the updated address in advance so we can assist you accordingly.

How do you calculate the calories in my plan?

We use the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), then adjust based on your goals—whether it's weight loss, maintenance, or gain—while ensuring your metabolism remains supported.

Do you offer corporate discounts?

Yes, we provide special promo codes for selected companies and organizations, which may include a free week with a monthly plan. Feel free to share your company name, and we’ll be happy to check for you.

How can I redeem my reward points?

You can easily redeem your reward points through the app by going to "Account" > "Rewards" and selecting "Redeem Points." Once redeemed, the points will be added to your wallet under the "Invite a Friend and Get 100 QAR" offer.

How can I change my target?

You can easily change your target by going to "Account," then selecting "Profile." Under the "Meeting Target" section, you can adjust your target as needed.

Can I change the meals for tomorrow?

Meal changes need to be made at least one day before delivery, by 9 AM.
